RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
The Clothing Cave prides itself on ensuring our customers are 100% satisfied. To this end, we accept returns within 14 days of the day the purchase was delivered.
RETURNED ITEMS MUST COMPLY WITH OUR RETURNS POLICY.
All products must be returned in their original state of purchase, ensuring our preloved tags are still attached. By removing our preloved tag, you will void the approval of your item's return. If a product has our preloved tag or existing tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in it's original state.
When trying on footwear, products cannot be returned if our preloved sole sticker has been removed or shows signs of damage from usage. Please do not damage the shoe box or it's original packaging. Footwear and accessories must be returned with their original branded boxes and dust bags, where included, and packaged sufficiently to offer adequate protection to ensure limited damage is caused upon return.
Underwear and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept and authorise returns with wear and soiled signs.
Due to the nature of some products, we will not be able to process returns unless the item is damaged or faulty when delivered to you. Please refer to the individual product listings where applicable.
Discounted products are only subject to returns if the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
Please be careful when trying on your purchases, and return them in the same condition you received them in. Our preloved tags and stickers must show no signs of damage or removal. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted, and will be returned to you with a rejection notice.
We offer a flexible returns policy to improve our customers shopping experience. We monitor the number of products returned and reserve the right to refuse a return when we have reason to believe that our returns policy is being subject to misuse. We also reserve the right to close down your Clothing Cave account or restrict future orders if your return behaviour breaches our returns policy.

CANCELLING AN ORDER UNDER THE CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATION.
Depending on where you live, you can also choose to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) 2013 Regulations (CCRs). If you would like to cancel your order, you must notify us of your wish to cancel within 14 days from the date your order has arrived using the contact us page or the customer service email provided below. Once you notify us, you will be responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the product to us.
